The new facility for Clermont Public Works is really beginning to take shape. The facility sits on 17 acres and has an administrative building and a compound for fleet maintenance and warehouse storage. This new facility is a Risk Category 2, Construction Class 2B, which will withstand storm winds up to 140 mpg. The new facility, located on Hancock Road near Hancock Park, will replace an aging structure built in 1989. Construction is scheduled to be completed by July.
